This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in respect of complaint given by the third respondent in respect of missing of his daughter in Crime No. 284 of 2019 and during enquiry it transpired that the petitioner's son has eloped with the daughter of the third respondent and thereby the respondents have called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner.
