Prayer in W.P(MD)No.218 of 2016:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forthwith execute sale deed and hand over possession of the property at New No.13, Old No.10/10A, Plot No.27D, of an extent of 2426 sq.ft. Gowripuram extension, Anna Nagar, Karur or in presence to the sale certificate dated 16.04.2013 or refund the entire sale consideration of Rs.90,10,000/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum with effect from 05.04.2013.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Mahadevan, earned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and of Mr. Ananth C. Rajesh, earned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and the second Respondent having not appearing either in person or through counsel, this Court made the following order:

'This petition is filed to restore the writ petition and set aside the order dated 13.03.2018 passed in W.P(MD)No.218 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored to file.'
