2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in pursuance of the order, passed by this Court, dated 20.10.2023, the petitioner appeared before the respondent Police and give statement on 04.11.2023 that he will not indulge in similar kind of activities in future.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would further submit that recording the above statement of the petitioner, finding that there is no criminal case pending against the petitioner, they will going to close the enquiry.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side), the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
