ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after investigation, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.64 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH and the petitioner is also shown as first accused in the said FIR.

2.Since FIR has been registered, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
