O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the complaint in FIR in Crime No.104 of 2019 on the file of Madagupatti Police Station, Sivagangai District, and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Final Report has been filed through E-filing No.202300072 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

3. There shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
