ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner alleges the mistake crept in during UDR. The petitioner submitted a petition before the first respondent. The first respondent had forwarded the same to the second respondent. The second respondent is ready with his report.
3. The second respondent shall forward the papers to the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai within one month. The District Revenue Officer shall pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. The District Revenue Officer will issue notice to all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
