Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings in NIL dated 19.07.2024 and the consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Oo.Mu.No. 1865/Aa2/2024 dated 10.10.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the official respondents to appoint the petitioner as Headmaster of the 4th respondent school by taking into consideration of the petitioners merit ability and seniority in consonance with Rule 15(4)(i) of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Rules 1974 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
