Thereby, they have averted facing contempt for breach of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.8217 of 2022 in W.P(MD)No.11633 of 2022, dated 14.6.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner endorsed the view that no auction has taken place pursuant to the auction notice, dated 27.12.2022.

3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
