Heard both sides.

2. We consciously refrain from going into the factual aspects of the matter. There is no dispute that the Kulam (tank) is located in Survey No.148 of Chendurai Village. The fifth respondent is having horticultural unit in the vicinity. We direct the fifth respondent to ensure that no effluent from his horticultural unit is let out into the petition mentioned Puthirayankulam. It is the duty of the Pollution Control Board to ensure that this direction is scrupulously complied with. In other words, the petition mentioned Puthirayankulam shall not be polluted in any manner on account of the activities of the fifth respondent.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
