ORDER
The petitioner the President of the Kamatchipuram Village Panchayat, has filed this writ petition as against the gazette notification dated 17.07.1995 and the consequential allotment order that the quarry site has been wrongly shown in the 4th respondent Panchayat.
2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the mistake has been rectified and fresh 2/5
orders have been passed in Na.Ka.No.19070/2022Q.3, dated 07.09.2023 and it has also been published in the District gazatte notification dated 19.09.2023 vide No.15.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
