ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 10.02.2025 and to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint alleging that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 had received money on the false promise of arranging a government job for the petitioner's relatives and thereafter neither returned the money nor secured the said job and that pursuant to the said complaint, an enquiry is pending; and a decision would be taken within a period of two weeks.

3. In view the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of recipt of copy of this order.

4. In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
