ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to rectify the measurement as 2.34 acres instead of 2.99 acres situated in Survey No. 572/1 Periyia Manjuveli Village, Aravakkurichi Taluk, Karur District registered in the 2nd respondent office in Doc. No. 3216/2022 dated 19.07.2022.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent executed sale deed for larger extent of land rather than the entitled land. Hence, seeks to cancel the document and also rectify the mistake.

3. However, a direction as sought for cannot be issued as a matter of right. It is for the petitioner to approach the civil Court in accordance with law and establish their right.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
