When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh suit seeking the relief of declaration in respect of the petition mentioned lands by making the Government as defendant in the said suit and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
