ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.On 05.11.2024, we granted an interim order in favour of the revision petitioners by putting them on terms. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Liberty is however given to the petitioners to workout their rights in the manner known to law. They can either file an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal or they can approach the respondent Bank for appropriate relief. 2/4

3.This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
