O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that G.O.(Ms)No.79, dated 01.11.2023 has been issued and in line with G.O.(Ms)No.79, if the petitioner submits an application along with the necessary documents, the same will be entertained and the order passed by this Court will be complied with.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted an application and the same can be directed to be acted upon.

3.In order to avoid any further confusion, the petitioner is directed to make an application along with necessary documents, as required under G.O.(Ms)No.79, dated 01.11.2023 and pay fees on or before 22.12.2023. On receipt of the same, the petitioner shall be registered as a Class-I contractor as directed by this Court in the Writ Petition. This proceedings shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of an application from the petitioner. 4.This Contempt Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.Post this Contempt Petition under the caption "for reporting compliance" on 02.02.2024.
