Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1540/Ma04/2025 dated 14.08.2025 and the order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.71/A1/2025 dated 29.08.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his work at 4th respondent school. This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1540/Ma04/2025 dated 14.08.2025 and the order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.71/A1/2025 dated 29.08.2025 and seeking consequential direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his work at 4th respondent school.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the first respondent herein had filed an additional Counter affidavit. A perusal of the additional counter affidavit would indicate that the petitioner will continue to receive Rs.25,000/- per month as salary subject to the terms 2/4
of the scheme and without any reduction pursuant to the impugned order of transfer. The relevant portion of the additional counter affidavit filed by the first respondent is extracted hereunder: ''6. The apprehension of the petitioner regarding reduction in salary is unfounded, and this respondent assures this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner will continue to receive his salary at Rs. 25,000/- per month, subject to the terms of the scheme and attendance norms applicable, without any adverse change due to the impugned transfer. This respondent reserves his right to file additional counter affidavit if and when required.''
3. In view of the specific averment made in the additional affidavit filed by the first respondent, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
