This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate, Level) Dindigul to expedite the trial in C.C.No.377 of 2009

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally six accused in this case and the case is posted for cross examination of LW. 4 to 6 and the case is pending without any progress from 2009

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate, Level) Dindigul to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18719 of 2019 dispose the case pending in C C.C.No.377of 2009 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
