This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17128 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 and order the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
