PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to expedite the investigation in connection with the Crime No.43 of 2023 and to file a final report within a stipulated time pending on the file of 2nd Respondent.

Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in connection with the Crime No.43 of 2023 and to file a final report within a stipulated time pending on the file of 2nd Respondent. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by her a case in Crime No. 43 of 2023 has been registered for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471, 503 and 506(i) of IPC and 66E, 66D, 67 Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 against the accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no progress has been made.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation will be completed as early as possible and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned trial Court within a period of three months.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
