Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation for inclusion of the petitioner's name in the petition mentioned panel for the year 2022-2023. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the communication of the first respondent, the second will issue formal proceedings. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
