ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petition mentioned property was mortgaged in favour of the respondent by one Manimegalai. The petitioner has settled the mortgage loan. The documents have to be returned. The respondents are right in their contention that the documents can be returned only to the person who created the mortgage. The respondents are ready to do so. Certain formalities have to be fulfilled. Subject to the fulfilment of the formalities by the mortgagor, the respondents are directed to return the documents to the mortgagor and also issue closure certificate. 3.This writ petition is allowed on these terms.
