ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner / pipe line fitter Grade-1, challenging the order of his relieving from Aranthangi Municipality.

2. A perusal of the order impugned in the writ petition discloses that he was relieved by the Commissioner of Municipality and the petitioner was directed to approach the Commissioner Municipal Administration for getting further posting orders. This order was put to challenge before this Court and this Court had granted interim orders on 02.12.2023.

3. On instructions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 03.09.2023, the petitioner was granted posting orders to Pudukkottai Municipality and he had also joined in the said place. 2/4

Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
