ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for cultural Adal Padal on 08.12.2022 of Arulmigu Kallanai Sri Ranakaliamman Thirukovil, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already issued proceedings dated 13.11.2022 granting permission subject to the conditions imposed by this Court, considering the representation of one Ulaganathan.

4. In the proceedings dated 13.11.2022, though it has been stated that there was no permission for Adal Padal Programme, but immediately it has been stated that in case of conducting Adal Padal Programme, the 2/4

same would be conducted subject to the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that since they have already issued proceedings granting permission, no further order is necessary.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 05.12.2022 Index :
