ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.04.2024 for the offences under sections 302,109 and 201 of I.P.C.,in Crime No.219 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police,seeks bail.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that already the Detention Order has been passed against the petitioner and the petitioner has already challenged the same by filing a Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. In view of the above, after the disposal of the Habeas Corpus Petition, depending upon the result, the petitioner can file a fresh bail application before this Court.

4. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Bail application at this stage and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
