This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.08.2023 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No. 173/2011 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. A report has been received from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, which reads that final decree application was allowed by order dated 05.03.2024.

3. In view of the above said, I find no reason to entertain this Civil Revision Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
