ORDER

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2. Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the fourth respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner had remitted the fees as early as in the month of January, 2024, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated

08.02.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the fifth respondent shall be afforded an opportunity before proceeding any further.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
