ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks promotion as Assistant Executive Engineer for the year 2009-2010. His case is that on account of dropping of charges, his notional promotion has to be granted.

3.The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the first respondent. After receiving the same, the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of sixteen weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
