O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) The petitioner had filed the petition complaining that his boy aged about 19 years had been missing on and from 02.06.2025.
2. Today, the boy had been produced before us. He is aged about 19 years and stated that he is working as a driver in Coimbatore. He had taken this decision since there was a dispute with his family. He is willing to go to Coimbatore and work as a driver and would not go with the petitioner herein.
3. In view of the firm statement made and since the detenu has also crossed the age of 18 years and is in a position to take a decision on his own, no further direction could be passed by this Court. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
