ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife, namely, Sarala under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute of his dwelling house.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that earlier the petitioner was called for enquiry on the complaint given by the fourth respondent and that enquiry was conducted and closed. Therefore, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner no longer exists.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
