This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.637 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District to dispose the case pending in S.T.C.No.637 of 2018 within a period of four months from the next hearing date.
