RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, which was imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.18924/2022, dated 26.10.2022 by this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. HARIHARAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18924 of 2022, dated 26.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18924 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court, Sivagangai on 01.01.2023 and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, on the date fixed by the trial Judge, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
