This review application has been filed seeking to review the order, dated 05.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.7432 of 2021. 1/4

2. This review petition was posted for admission on 20.11.2024. Thereafter, the matter was posted for arguments on various dates, i.e., on 04.04.2025, 08.04.2025, 11.06.2025, 17.07.2025, 25.08.2025 and on 16.09.2025. Even Today, i.e., on 16.09.2025, the review petitioner is not ready to argue this matter.

3. Despite the order passed by this Court, dated 05.06.2024 in W.P. (MD)No.7432 of 2021, directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner as Gangman in connection to the examination conducted for recruitment to the post of Gangman in TANGEDCO as per notification issued on 07.03.2019, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021, the said order has not been complied with.

4. On the guise of pending revision petition, filed on evasive grounds aiming at delaying, the petitioner from enjoying the fruits of the order passed by this Court, the revision petitioner has kept this matter pending. Hence, I don't find any merit in the review petition. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
