2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16556 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
