The petitioners/ A1 to A3 in Crime No.19 of 2024 have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them.

2.The learned counsel for the first petitioner/A1 has filed a change of Vakalat and circulated a letter to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition, which has been filed along with two other accused. Therefore, this Court, by its order, dated 01.08.2025 has refused to accept withdrawal of this petition and ordered to list this petition for filing an affidavit of the first petitioner, 3.Today(04.08.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an affidavit of the first petitioner along with the Vakalat for the petitioners 2 & 3/ Accused 2 & 3 and submits that the petitioners all together are intending to withdraw this petition, on the ground that the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2024 has already been completed, final report has been filed and also the same was taken on file in CC No.308 of 2025, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. 2/4

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
