ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner, makes an endorsement to the effect that he is withdrawing this petition, recording which this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Liberty is granted to challenge the order dated 23.08.2025, which is a lock and seal order passed under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (the Act), by way of an appeal under Section 80 of the Act, before the Director of Town and Country Planning.

3. Such appeal if instituted within two weeks from today shall be taken on file without insisting on limitation, but ensuring compliance with all other statutory conditions, heard and disposed in accordance with law having regard to the order of this Court dated 30.07.2025 and the orders referred to therein.

4. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
