Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to vacate the TASMAC Shop No.5484 in the Petitioner's property situated at Survey No.53/1, Podumbhu Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, Madurai pursuant to the communication sent by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.21/5484/2017/e, dated 14.03.2022 forthwith and hand over the possession to the Petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to permit the Pallar Community people of Narasingamangalam Village to do moopu service along with Pallar Community people of Mahalikudi Village in Arulmighu Samayapuram Mariamman Temple, Trichy by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner may be granted an opportunity to file fresh representation before the Respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents that if the Petitioner shall file fresh representation, the 1st Respondent shall consider and pass orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the Respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the 1st Respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the same within a period of eight weeks thereon after affording a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and any other interested parties/stake holders, if any.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
