2.The petitioner's son is missing since 23.10.2024. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the second respondent registered Crime No.467 of 2024. From the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the habeas corpus petition, we are satisfied that the petitioner's son has left home on his own accord. This is not a case of illegal detention. This habeas corpus petition is not maintainable. The petitioner will have to pursue his remedy with the second respondent. 3.The habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
