Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned selection list of 182 Assistant Engineer/Electrical(EEE) by direct recruitment -2013-2014 published by the respondents through their official website on 25.2.2014 and to quash the selection of the 5th respondent and the placement of the 4th respondent in rank and seniority in petitioner place and consequently directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for selection to the post of Assistant Engineer/Electrical (EEE).

ORDER

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 that as against the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD). No.17720 of 2014 dated 13.12.2018, W.A.(MD).No.108 of 2020 has been filed before this Court and in the said writ appeal, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 30.02.2020 and he also produced a copy of the said order. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
