Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is a registered society comprising womenfolk. They were granted quarry license for five years. The period expired on 28.11.2022. The petitioner seeks extension of the quarry lease. My attention is not drawn to any statutory provision or contractual provision, which enables them to seek such extension. I am therefore not in a position to give any direction to respondents to even consider the petitioner's representation. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
