ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be reviewed was passed on 28.04.2016 in W.A.(MD)No.822 of 2016.

2.The review petitioners filed the said Writ Petition seeking for a direction to re-transfer of forest lands that were transferred from the 2nd respondents vide G.O.(Ms)No.367, Ministry of Environment and Forest Department, dated 03.09.1997. The Writ Petition itself was filed in the year 2016, 2/4

after lapse of several years. This Court has considered the issues on merits and made a finding that the petitioners seek re-transfer of land without challenging the correctness of the Government Order or the proceedings, whereby the lands were transferred to Government in the year 1997, 2012 and 2014 respectively. 3.Thus, the ground for review raised on merits deserves no further consideration. Further, the petitioners have not established any error apparent on record, warranting interference of this Court. Thus, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
