ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.1713 of 2017 in C.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, dated 30.05.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition become infructuous.
