By asserting that the petitioner's land was wrongly classified as a 1/4

road under the UDR scheme, after submitting a representation dated 18.08.2025, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 on merits within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
