This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 968 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 968 of 2019 and also filed final report on 23.10.2019 before the concerned court. She would also submit that A1 in this case passed away and thereby they have filed final report against the remaining accused.
