RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7193/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.571/2017 dated 16.08.2019 in Judgment in C.A.No.28 of 2014 dated 09.09.2016 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No.35 of 2009 dated 12.06.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai in Crime No.180 of 2008 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SEENI SYED AMMA, Advocate for M/S. T. LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7193 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.571 of 2017, dated 16.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7193 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.571 of 2017, dated 16.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.11388 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7193 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.571 of 2017, dated 16.08.2019 is relaxed in toto.
