Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a School. It applied to the second respondent for renewal of the public building license. It was rejected. Questioning the same, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
