************** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Challenge is made to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 05.08.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.18811 of 2024. 2.Bringing the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya under the purview of G.O.(Ms).No.438 [Health and Family Welfare (MCA.1) Department] dated 29.10.2020 and seeking for reservation to the students for the medical seats cannot be considered, since the said Government Order itself defines the meaning of "Government Schools" which does not include Kendriya Vidyalaya. The Writ Court has also taken into account the definition and rejected the petitioner's plea. We do not find any infirmity in such a finding and as such, there are no merits in this Writ Appeal. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
