ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 19.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.275 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2017 was closed on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram on 17.12.2020.

3. In view of the above, as already the original petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
