This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 10 to 15 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 10 to 15 in the above Second Appeal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. Notices sent to the proposed respondents 10 to 15 viz., the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent have duly been served. The names of Respondents 10 to 15 have been printed in the cause list. Despite their names have been printed in the cause list no one has appeared on behalf of them.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and accordingly, the delay is condoned.
