PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2022 dated 13.03.2022 and file the Final Report within a time-frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2022 dated 13.03.2022 and file the Final Report.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by her a case in Crime No.133 of 2022 has been registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 392 of IPC against the accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no progress has been made.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation will be completed as early as possible and the final report will be filed within a period of six months.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the 2/4

investigation and file the final report before the concerned trial Court within a period of Six months.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
