PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction directing the 1st Respondent to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2023 to the 2nd Respondent or any other independent investigation agency to investigate in accordance with law. Side) O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2023 to the 2nd Respondent or any other independent investigation agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was money dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein. Now enquiry is pending. 3.Since it is a money dispute between the parties, the complaint may be closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.
